How we work
Hire software developers, or hand over a whole project
Three ways to work with the team behind six software products, with clear scope, a demo every two weeks and code that belongs to the client.
Engagement models
Which way to hire software developers fits the project?
| Model | Best for | Priorities | Pricing | Starts with |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fixed-scope project | A clear, well-defined piece of software | Agreed in the scope; changes by written request | Fixed price, paid by milestone | Written scope and screen designs |
| Dedicated team | Ongoing product work with changing priorities | Set by the client at the start of every cycle | Monthly fee per team member | A first two-week cycle |
| Product adaptation | A business in one of the six industries that wants a ready-made starting point | Agreed in the scope | Fixed price, paid by milestone | A review of local tax, currency, payments and language |
Process
What happens after the first call?
First call
About 45 minutes on the business, the users and the problem. The call costs nothing.
Written proposal
Scope, approach, timeline, team and cost in one document, also free. If an EZ Solutions product already solves the problem, the proposal says so.
Screens before code
Clickable screen designs are agreed before development starts, so everyone knows what is being built.
Two-week cycles
Work runs in two-week cycles, and each one ends with a demo of working software on a test link.
Launch and handover
Go-live on the client's cloud account or one EZ Solutions sets up, with source code, documentation and admin access handed over.
Support after launch
A support and maintenance plan covers fixes, updates and small changes once the software is in use.
Who owns the code and the designs?
The client does. Once the project is paid for, the source code, designs and documentation made for it belong to the client, and are handed over with the access needed to run them. EZ Solutions keeps the right to reuse its own general building blocks, such as login or notification modules, that are not specific to the client.
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed before any confidential detail is shared, whenever the client asks for one.
How does the team work across time zones?
A daily overlap is agreed at the start of each project: the full working day for clients in the Gulf, the morning for the UK and Europe, and an early or late call for the Americas and Australia. Each project has one named project lead, a weekly call and a shared task board the client can open at any time.
What shows the team can deliver?
The same team designs and builds the six EZ Solutions products, each with its own website: PolicyIQ, BillDo, Engage360, ServicePilot, ProjectBook and Visito. Together they cover billing, field jobs, payments, documents, property sales and bookings, the same building blocks most custom projects need. See the six services built on that experience.
Frequently asked questions
Questions before hiring a team
It depends on the scope. The project request forms ask for a budget range, and the written proposal gives a fixed price for a fixed-scope project or a monthly fee for a dedicated team.
The proposal sets a timeline with milestones. Many projects start with a smaller first version, so the software is in use sooner and later work follows real feedback.
Yes. The team first reviews the code and the hosting, then proposes whether to extend the app or rebuild parts of it.
No. The project lead explains decisions in plain words, and every demo shows working software rather than a technical report.
Talk about a project
Describe the software needed. The team replies with questions or a time for the first call.
