BillDo: GST billing software for distributors and wholesalers

BillDo is GST billing software and a field sales app for distributors, wholesalers and stockists. A salesman's order becomes the bill, the payment settles it, stock moves in the right warehouse, and the accountant gets the month in Tally without anyone typing it twice.

How does BillDo help distributors and wholesalers sell and bill faster?

Distributors often take orders by phone and paper slips, then type them again into bills, with schemes and rates applied from memory. BillDo keeps one record from the salesman's visit to the accountant's books.

Today

  • Salesmen's orders on paper or calls, typed again into bills
  • No record of whether a shop was visited, or why it was missed
  • Schemes, rates and credit limits that differ by shop and are applied by hand
  • Udhaar in a diary and a month-end scramble to give the accountant data

With BillDo

  • A salesman's order becomes the bill, and the payment settles it
  • Visits saved with place and time, and a reason for every missed shop
  • The best scheme and the shop's own price applied on every bill
  • Stock per warehouse from every movement, and the month in Tally for the accountant
