Why is integration often the first thing worth doing?
Many businesses already have good tools: Tally for accounts, WhatsApp for customers, a payment gateway, an industry portal. The problem is the manual work between them. Staff copy invoices into Tally, send the same message to customers one by one, and match payments by hand.
Connecting these tools removes that double entry, cuts mistakes and frees people for real work, often without replacing any software the team likes.
How does a Tally integration work?
Entries from the operations software, such as sales, purchases and receipts, are mapped to the right Tally ledgers and voucher types, then sent to Tally as structured data instead of being typed again.
Masters such as parties and items are kept in step, and accounts staff review what arrives before it is final. EZ Solutions products such as BillDo and ProjectBook already export to Tally this way.
What should be known about WhatsApp and SMS messaging?
Business messages on WhatsApp go through approved providers and use pre-approved templates for notifications such as order updates and payment reminders. Bulk SMS also needs the sender and templates registered where local rules require it, such as DLT registration. EZ Solutions sets these up with the client's chosen providers so messages are delivered reliably and within the rules.
