Mobile apps

Start a mobile app project

Tell EZ Solutions who the app is for and what they should be able to do on their phone. The team will reply by email or phone.

What to include in a mobile app request

Good mobile apps start with the person holding the phone. These four details help the team plan the right app.

  1. Who holds the phone

Customers, sales staff, technicians or dealers. Their daily routine decides what goes on the first screen.

  2. Android, iPhone or both

Mention which phones staff and customers use, and any devices or scanners already in use.

  3. Places with weak signal

If staff work in godowns, on sites or in rural areas, the app may need to save work offline and sync later.

  4. The admin side

Who reviews the orders, visits or photos sent from the app, and whether a web admin panel or reports are needed.

After the request is sent

  1. A reply from the team with questions about users, phones and the screens that matter most.
  2. A walkthrough call covering the daily flow in the app and the admin panel behind it.
  3. A written proposal with key screens, Play Store and App Store steps, and the timeline.
